Matthew J. Furey passed away October 8, 2012 at the age of 30. Matthew was born July 8, 1982 in Mt. Kisco to Gerard and Vanessa (Vandegrift) Furey. He was married to Catherine Keefe. Matt loved animals and worked as a Veterinarian Technician for Progressive Veterinary Hospital in Somers, New York. He is survived by his beloved wife Catherine, his loving parents Gerard and Vanessa, sisters Meghan French and Kathleen Furey. Memorial visitation will be held Wednesday October 10, 2012 from 7-9 pm at Cargain Funeral Home, Carmel. A Funeral Service will be 8:00pm at the funeral home.
